Beginning with the 2009-2010 school year, the Community Foundation advanced to an online scholarship application process. This change allowed for more effective use of resources and made it easier for students to apply. For complete descriptions and requirements for each scholarship, click on the links below.
Note that a common scholarship application must be completed before specific applications (excluding non-traditional scholarships and the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship).
Non-traditional Scholarship
The Pulaski County Community Foundation offers a non-traditional scholarship each fall. The Back Home Again in Indiana Scholarship is for adults who have been out of high school for a number of years but are interested in special training or in achieving two or four-year degrees.
The scholarship is available to: Pulaski county residents, 21 years of age or older, seeking higher education. The scholarship will be made available this year on September 1, 2010, with a deadline of October 1 at 3 p.m. ET.

Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship
Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship: Pulaski County high school seniors who will have graduated by the end of June, 2011 from a regionally accredited Indiana high school and who have been accepted to pursue a full-time baccalaureate course of study at an accredited public or private college or university in Indiana.
MOST OF THE FOLLOWING SCHOLARSHIPS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ONLINE UNTIL
FEBRUARY 1, 2011.
COMMON SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION -- This application must be filled out first for all Community Foundation scholarships (excluding the Ralph E. Winters Scholarship).

Agnes Hartman Scholarship: Not yet available. Tippecanoe Township residents.
Albert Lee Weaver Memorial Scholarship: Graduating seniors of Winamac Community High School entering the field of agriculture or nursing.
Alberta J. Barnhouse Memorial Teacher Scholarship: Winamac Community High School graduates majoring in teacher education. Renewable
Bob Goble Memorial Scholarship: Pulaski County residents graduating from Winamac Community High School and who exhibit good character and citizenship.
Brian Douglas Conn Memorial Music Scholarship: Winamac Community High School graduating seniors pursuing a degree in music.
Conn Family Scholarship: Winamac Community High School graduating seniors who have the highest GPA in combined high school math/science classes.
Earl D. Roudebush Memorial Scholarship: Winamac Community High School graduating seniors who have participated in athletics.
Ernest David Armstrong III Memorial Scholarship: Winamac Community High School seniors with financial need.

Everett and Ethel Knebel Scholarship: For VanBuren Township graduating seniors. Renewable
Francis and Gertrude Rausch Agricultural Scholarship: West Central or Winamac Community High School seniors with financial need and an interest in agriculture and/or Ag sciences. Renewable
Franklin and Evelyn Fechner Scholarship: Winamac Community High School seniors pursuing education in aeronautical, mechanical or electrical engineering.
Galbreath Scholarship: Winamac Community or West Central High School seniors entering the field of music, vocational or liberal arts education. Renewable
Gary M. Schnapf Memorial 4-H Scholarship - Not yet available. Will be awarded to a Fulton County student who is a 10-year 4-H dairy member.
John M. Fritz Memorial Scholarship: Winamac Community High School graduating seniors with financial need.
Judge Jack Richert Memorial Scholarship: Winamac Community High School graduating seniors.
K. Stuart Gast Scholarship -- Not yet available. Pulaski County residents who have attended a public school and are interested in the arts, enrolled at Butler University, Indiana University or John Herron School of Art.
Katherine L. Brown Scholarship & Achievement Award: Winamac Community High School seniors who have attained a high degree of academics and other achievements.
Linda L. Keys Braun Memorial Scholarship: Winamac Community High School seniors with financial need.
Marshall & Lola Carper Scholarship: Winamac Community High School seniors who have attained awards and achievements.
Ralph E. & Sarah M. Horner Scholarship: Winamac Community High School seniors; includes financial need.
Ralph E. Winters Scholarship: Culver Community High School graduates enrolled full-time for their sophomore year or above in a technical program. Application deadline for this scholarship is mid April. Renewable
Thomas E. Carneal and Ola M. Carneal Scholarship: Graduating seniors of any public high school in Pulaski County with a priority for students entering nurses training.
William O. (Billy) Goble Memorial Scholarship: Winamac Community High School seniors with financial need.
Winamac Rotary Club Scholarship: Winamac Community High School seniors who have demonstrated participation in community service.
