The 15-member volunteer Board of Directors is responsible for setting policy, organizing events, budgeting for the year, and providing guidance to the executive director; leadership of the Board lies with the Executive Committee, comprising the president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer. The Board meets at 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time on the third Monday of each month in the conference room of the Winamac Municipal Utilities Complex, 623 West Eleventh Street (IN-14).
