Revolving Loan Fund: Administered by Pulaski County Economic Development, the Pulaski County Revolving Loan Fund has a balance of more than $100,000 and growing (as current loan repayments and interest build the fund), available to assist existing and start-up businesses to grow when bank financing is either unavailable or insufficient. A five-member ad hoc committee reviews applications and business plans; if the committee approves, it recommends that the County Commissioners make the loan, at which time the Commissioners hear the applicant's case and make a judgment.

Recently funded projects include three expansions of two businesses in the Francesville, and the purchase of All Seasons Home Center and opening of Winamac Lumber Yard, LLC, Pulaski County's only building-materials retailer. Funding is avaiable at three levels: micro-financing, mini-financing, and regular loans of a minimum principal of $10,000.
