Pulaski County is governed by a board of three County Commissioners. Term of office is four years on a staggered basis. The Commissioner must reside in a certain district but be elected by a majority vote of the county. In general, the Board of County Commissioners is responsible for the administration of all county business.

The Pulaski County Board of County Commissioners meets the first and third Mondays of each month in the Commissioners' Room of the Court House. The first Monday meeting is an evening meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. The third Monday meeting is a morning meeting beginning at 8:00 a.m. Times are Eastern.
