The Pulaski County CDC is composed of up to 15 individuals.
Seven members shall be appointed by the following councils and organizations:
- President or designee of the Winamac Town Council
- President or designee of the Monterey Town Council
- President or designee of the Medaryville Town Council
- President or designee of the Francesville Town Council
- A member or designee of the Pulaski County County Commissioners as appointed by County Commissioners
- A member or designee of the County Council of Pulaski County as appointed by the Pulaski County Council
- A member of the Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors
Up to eight at-large members shall be elected by the commission and must have a background in one of the following:
- Agriculture
- Retail business
- Industry
- Banking
- Construction
- Housing
- Healthcare
- Education
- Real estate
- Insurance
- Non-profit
Members shall hold their position for three years. Term of office shall begin on March 1 of each year and end on February 28/29 of the appropriate year.

- Rebecca Anspach, At-large (Non-profit)
- Greg Comoglio, At-large (Industry)
- Andrew Fritz, At-large (Agriculture)
