Pulaski Memorial Hospital

Pulaski Memorial Hospital (PMH) was the vision of physicians and county leaders concerned with the healthcare needs of the community. In 1963, PMH opened its doors to provide the area with maternity, general-surgery, and in-patient care.

The front of the hospital was remodeled in 2002 to include a new physical therapy area and a new lobby. Now a nationally recognized facility, PMH has been selected as a Top 20 critical access hospital and a Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Mentor Hospital for Quality.
